BE KIND ALWAYS For It is Right So.

Life is made up of energetic vibrations.As people we are spiritual beings having physical, interconnected, vibrant experiences. Many are not consciously aware of each present moment and its gifts.Note that all creations are fragile, including human beings  , handle with kindness”

l  encourage you to look  for Goodness by being grateful.Be kind in words and deeds.Check carefully that what you pass on as information is not a lie. When you make a mistake be responsible, and simply say sorry.

My Life lessons

  • No trial is permanent
  • Fear can be removed  by sharing it with someone.
  • Worry can be erased by asking for help.
  • Guilt and bitterness can be replaced by asking  for forgiveness and forgiving.
  • On this magnificent planet l continue to co-create with power from Greater Power,that of which l can explain in a day or years.There is Whole.Freedom. Universal Inclusion Everything. Above and Below .Everywhere. You and l are a part of that valuable creation. We are not a mistake .We are all destined towards light because we are worthy . Be alert by looking around you.Listen with an intention to understand Your natural gift instincts are guiding angels .Stand up as others sent your take your hand ,and we continue to co-create together.You might not perceive  it ,But it is what is: “WE” and not “l”.

Action Exercises:

  • Write and/or Speak out 3 things you are grateful for today.
  • Challenge yourself to say 3 kind words every day to someone outside of your household.(in your home that should be a natural habit).
  • Begin in a small or big way, to do that one thing that brings you so many pleasant thoughts.”Joy”.

Appreciative Afterthoughts…..

l could not understand why l could not write on my blog for more than two months.l asked myself Why? Even before the global panademic there was something l really needed to do but l could not grasp what it was,….then Bang!

“Social Distancing!”

Wow!l sincerely appreciate this reveleation from a writer’s aspect. If we could be honest with ourselves, we have all been lacking in reflecting time , listening time,alone time ,quiet times for a long ,long time. We all have so much to say on chat groups, too much to do, so many places to go and so many issues to be deal with each day.We think too much and it is quite overwhelming for most of us.

However,l believe that once these  hazardous times are over ,(or sure they will be over one day),some healthy lifestyle tips will come out of the whole experience. A good frequent habit to retain will probably be  some form of social distancing. A lesson not to comply with every demand or ,,The Social Push”.The thought or feeling that one must always be on the inside .I am confident we will all be stronger and erase some of our self-imposed, exhausting lifestyles .

Deprived is NOT Depraved

Being deprived is not the same as being depraved. Being jobless could result in been economically deprived .Lacking citizenship and seeking asylum or refuge in another nation could be as a need to run away from one’s motherland because ,drought,famine,drought or any other calamity and not for the fun of being deprived and doing acts of criminality.Others still have been deprived of education , a home because of living in a poverty status.These conditions or life circumstances should render no one declared a misfit.One is not necessarily depraved for living on the streets or lacking the basics human needs of food,access to health care, clothing, shelter education,a right to heard and understood.When denied and begging is not bringing any food on the table this does not mean because they are mentally improverished they are depraved criminals.A lack of basics does not justify violating the dignity of others worth ,value and rights to what belongs rightfully to them on this planet.Let us think twice next time we start labelling others without all the facts at our fingertips.

An Environment of Peace

The Environment is so crucial to our well being.This is being aware of the environment through our physical sensations.Perceptions are what we see and in turn these bring out feelings contributing to how we act . Within a self-imposed -therapy research ,I decided to re-visit old places that l have constantly percieved  as harmful to my sanity or what we term as ,,Wellbeing”.Guess what?l got the same repeated sensations .After the initial ,,fun,, were similar conflicts, fears, a lack of self-esteem ,discouragement and misdirection or a lack of clarity. As much as l felt my hopes shattered ,l also felt a great relief.l realised the lessons l have been learning were valid.My different teachers and my intuition proved this lesson:

Change is percieved in behaviour. Behaviour or how we act is a response to how we see things.

Change comes from you and you alone and it can  only occur if one wants the change .Before one can desire the change one must have a clear question and answer . WHY?and WHAT? Why will a change of  environment be of benefit ?Why should one change their  circle of “friends”?Are they really friends? Why should one  stop going to certain spaces? The simple answer could be;if a place  or person makes you go back home feeling empty physically, emotionally  and financially it is time to kiss the friend or place goodbye .If anything,anybody or any place causes you distress then without any dramatic arguments, letters of trying to justify one’s actions,DELETE  the place, person or thing from your life line.Only you can create an environment of peace by placing yourself in the vicinity of things,people or It.
